A judgement-free space to rehearse

I'm a stranger who will simply listen. That's it. No interruptions, no critiques, no awkward feedback afterwards.

👂

I just listen

I won't say a word during your practice. I'm simply here as your audience; like someone sitting in the front row, giving you their full attention.

🙅

Zero pressure

Stumble over your words? Forget a section? No problem. Pick up where you left off. This is your safe space to mess up without consequences.

🌱

Build confidence

Speaking to a real person helps you get comfortable with having eyes whilst speaking.

Questions you might have

Who is on the other end of the call?

You'll present to me! I am Gareth, a 30-something guy from the UK. I've been in your shoes—palms sweaty, mind racing, wishing I'd had just one more chance to practice before the real thing. I'm not a coach. I'm not here to judge or give feedback. I'm simply someone who's happy to sit and listen while you do your thing.

Will you give me feedback?

No. I won't offer any feedback, advice, or critique unless you specifically ask for it.

Do I need to have my camera on?

I'd recommend it. Having your camera on helps simulate the feeling of a real audience watching you. But if you'd prefer it off, that's fine too.

What if I mess up or want to restart?

Keep going. Try to pick up where you left off. This is practice; messing up is part of the process.
